Our menus provide a specific number of servings in each of the five food groups per day:

  • 2+ Breads and Cereals

  • 1+ Fruit

  • 1+ Vegetables

  • ½ to 1 Meat and Meat Alternatives

  • 1½ Milk and Milk Products

Children also have free access to filtered water and water is provided at every meal and snack. Milk is offered with every afternoon snack, and morning snack where stated.

Food is prepared in our on premise A Grade kitchen daily by May Yee our Centre Cook. We try to avoid processed foods to ensure food is as fresh and nutritious as possible.
